Other languages?
Hello,
I loved this game as a kid, I had all Putt Putt games on my computer, but right now the Steam store page says it's just in English.
Are the other languages being added? I'm Dutch, played it in Dutch as well, and buying it with only the English language supported would not work for me. (Because then there's little nostalgia in it for me)

Hey GerogeQGreg, the name in Arabic was بوت بوت في الكرنفال (Putt Putt at the Carnival) IIRC. It came out here in the United Arab Emirates, as well as Putt-Putt goes to the Moon, but I didn't own that one.

@Knb786 Super Megaforce Yes, and the language screen looks very weird. There's a giant Putt or Fatty standing on the world! (Well, it's Japan.) Never seen a Japanese 3DO version of Moon though. I think DOS or at least Mac versions must exist though, and Japanese versions of Freddi Fish 1 and 2 and Zoo also exist.

The Panasonic 3DO Stopped production around Freddi Fish 1 and 2 and PuttZoo's Release.

@Knb786 Super Megaforce Oh, you meant my comment about Japanese Freddi and PuttZoo? They were released on PC in Japan. I found covers of Freddi1 and 2 on the internet, and I (well a friend found it first) also found Japanese text in Freddi1 and Zoo.

Same as you! i'm not Dutch, but i would have loved if they could include multiple languages. so then i would be able to play it in my own language like i did before. it's not like they have to make them. they already (obviously) exist somewhere in the company's archives. just need to find and add them.

Most of them have been added by now.

Anybody found a fix? I played these (freddi fish, putt putt, spy fox, pajama sam) as a youngster so when I saw HB sold the whole collection I jumped right on it.
My nephew doesn't speak english (and I'd like to share my childhood with him) so I managed to put all the other games to dutch spoken language but putt putt is the only one that doesn't allow for other language input till this date.

Putt-Putt Joins the Parade and Goes to the Moon were never translated in Dutch. Some of Transposia's early releases even said you could order those games from them, with the warning that they were in English only.
Just skip these two games or use them as an opportunity to teach English, since the dialogue in these games is simple.
