Other languages?
Hello,
I loved this game as a kid, I had all Putt Putt games on my computer, but right now the Steam store page says it's just in English.
Are the other languages being added? I'm Dutch, played it in Dutch as well, and buying it with only the English language supported would not work for me. (Because then there's little nostalgia in it for me)

+1.

These games have been translated at one point, so it shouldn't be terribly difficult to add these languages now, right?

And there are a lot of games missing... Not the whole series is for sale

That could take time, since the games have just gotten into the store today. I'd say give it a few days/weeks.

It might be a good idea to hit up @HumongousEnt on Twitter to ask. I don't know if they're following the Steam boards at all, but at the very least they follow Twitter closely enough to retweet fan posts.
Another dutch person here. I would love a dutch translation.

FYI to those not in the knoiw, this game never had a Dutch translation even back when they were translating the other games. As far as I know, the only 3 languages this game has been translated into are Russian, Hebrew, and Japanese. I'd say the reason for this is because the early games were based on DOS architecture and would be much more of a pain in the fender to reverse engineer than the later Windows-focused games.

I remember the version my parents bought me had both English/Arabic and was on like, 10 disks or something. I had a blast using the speed up button to chipmunk the voices, lol :D

You must be mistaken, I've played this game in Dutch... Also, the guy below you stated he played it in a language you didn't mention. :)

No, i've looked it up and he is actually right.
Look at this Wikipedia page for the proof: (It's in dutch)

5/7 Putt-Putt games had a Dutch version, and this one hasn't.

For the record, I know this game was released at least in Belgium, in the unchanged English version, and the publisher put a note on the package warning about it.

@mocha What was it called in arabic? Where do you live? Trying to track down info on the arabic versions, where they came out and what they were called.
