Stat Maxing

I just replayed the game. Super fun ride. Kudos Radiant. I just wanted to post a note here about stat maxing for various classes. I found Willpower a particularly difficult stat to max out for the Warrior. Any stat can be increased by repeating actions, but you can only repeat an action 10 or so times before you need to do something else (typically on another screen or very different from what you just did) in order to reset the grind counter.

Agility - Just dodge a bunch of times. Easiest to do when training with Hervor, as dodging to the left or right doesn't use any Stamina if you keep tapping the Z or C keys.

Endurance - Do anything in the game. Just walking around in the cold will increase this skill, but fighting Foes or using skills (e.g., climbing, jumping) will also increase this stat.

Strength - Any skill that uses strength. Easiest is to just swing your weapon a bunch of times, but you can also increase this stat by carrying too many items and running around.

Weapon Use - Swing your weapon. Easiest to do when training with Hervor.

Willpower - Different for each character. Hardest with the Warrior. Talking to Animals helps...to a point (the Gelatinous Cube in Svartalfheim is the highest-level animal to grind, after a while talking to dogs does not help). After that, only the Berserker Wolf Howl will max this. For a Rogue, grinding Fast Talk helps, as does grinding lockpicking and acrobat jumping. For a Sorceress, grinding Herbalism or casting spells helps max this early.

Animal Ken - Talking to animals (Gelatinous Cube is best) will help max this, as will the Berserker Wolf Howl or setting the rabbit trap

Climbing - Climbing trees and walls. You can only max this out on Loki's wall.

Parrying - After you get Riposte, it's hard to increase this stat at all. Best to max this out near the beginning of the game by repeatedly blocking while training with Hervor.

Acrobatics - Jumping around

Fast Talk - Talking to people. Fastest to just walk between two screens with people (like the guards in Fornsigtuna) and just say "hi" and "bye" to them. About 10x per person, then change screens.

Stealth - Sneak around and pickpocket

Thievery - Picking pockets and lockpicking. Easiest to max out in the Thieves' Guild with the Boar statue

Throwing - Throwing snowballs or daggers. In the endgame, you need to max this out against a target, like the target in the Thieves' Guild or the Archery Range target.

Herbalism - There are only 3 plants that I know of to grind this stat. The tree outside Fornsigtuna, the bush outside Fornsigtuna (where you get the roots) and the tree outside Munavigir. Also helps to max Willpower.

Magic - Cast spells.

There are also stats for the Maneuvers, like Feint, Riposte, or Sand Throwing, but those are hidden and don't count towards anything whether their numbers are 1 or 100, so I didn't count those.
