Well, you know of the two I would have suggested. Unfortunately, I think that's about it. Point & Click + RPG Hybrids are not super common.

Lori and Corey Cole were working on a game called Mage's Initiation that was kickstarted then I never heard about again. Now they're working on a new game called Hero-U which looks like a more standard RPG, in an Isometric perspective, but it may be what you're looking for, if that ever gets release either.

The most recent game that reminded me of the Quest for Glory/Heroines' Quest RPG/adventure hybrid is West of Loathing an RPG but has a lot of puzzle solving aspects. Also lots of puns

Oh i probably forgot to mention the stick figure art...

Just to correct this, Lori and Corey weren't actually ever working on Mage's Initiation; they were always working on Hero-U. It does look more RPG, but I understood at the time that fans were asking for the RPG-adventure formula, so I believe it will have puzzles. It certainly will have lots of C&C from what their Kickstarter posts say anyway.

Mage's Initiation is by Himalaya Studios, the same group that worked on the KQI, KQII, KQIII and QFG2 remakes. It should eventually be released, the questions is more when since it has been a long time now.

Heh ... depends if you specifically want the "Hero Class" kinda rpg's...?
Sure Quest for Glory series are fantastic also because character transfer! xD
But if you'd like to broaden your horizon when you're going for the point and click adventures especially if you like the same style of games. ;)

I can definitely recommend these:
King's Quest series
Police Quest series
Space Quest series
Leisure Suit Larry series
The Monkey Island series
and Loom

I played all of those, some multiple times actually. Never heard of Loom before btw. Might check that out. But yea currently i just wanna do some of QFG style games:)

Awesome ;)
Loom should be available on steam if i'm not mistaken.
Unfortunately.. QFG style is hard to find .. considering I found this game 2 years after it's release that's saying something maybe..? lol XD

Actually Lands of Kyrandia are also fun click and point adventures now that I think about it..
So is Teen Agent.. ok getting off track.. lol XD

But I was going to say.. not sure if you tried Lands of Lore: Throne of Chaos,
Wich is my personal favorite..
It's more of a first person dungeon crawler type rpg but still a classic.
Sadly I don't think it's available on steam,..
I have the original cd game and also a digital copy on Origin.
The complete series is also available on GoG.

Anyway just thought I'd share. ;)
