even though they sold a few things recently commercially they don't make much of a profit think.
Heroine's Quest took a lot of time and work from people working for FREE.
Now. I would love a Heroine's Quetst 2, whether is another norse setting, irsh like (tale of two kingdoms) or somewhere else.
Quest for Infamy (even though not as good as Heroine's quest overall to me) i don't think sold that well, os something like Heroine's quest is more out of passion than profit.
BTW you may want to check out Tale of Two Kingdoms, not a RPG but similar theme.
lso eh quest for glory games and quest for infamy if you haven't played htem.
BTW, I think a Heroine's Quest sequal would use the same main character even though she goes to Vahalla in the ending of HQ.. The sequal could take place in betwixt the end of her quest in Heroine's quest and going to Valhalla
Tale of Two Kingdoms is a good game in its own right! Make sure you try it if you hae thte time!
I'd personally love to see a Heroine's Quest 2 too, but right now we're focused on some other projects which we also want to get out there. Our main constraint, really, is time. We both work full time jobs; and I have a young child, so it means we can't work flat out on our games. And we clearly wouldn't be able to afford to work on games full time.
Thanks for your support guys :) It's really nice hearing good comments about our games, especially after putting so much work into them.
Agreed
It could even end on the note that the heroine has received word of Loki somehow getting loose or some other 'Oh crap.' moment being murmured about in Jarnvidir. (Some kind fiasco involving Asgard or Valhalla). Then, it could be a trilogy, with a finale that starts out with the heroine travelling back to Midgard and getting into the fateful battle that lands her in Valhalla (hence, showing up right where she needed to be to kick off the plot.) I would play the hell out of that.
