Are the Devs open to feedback and suggestions?
Just bought and installed the game on Steam Deck and it's pretty positive so far. Plays quite well out of the box and I think it's one of the better arcade/retro rally games on Steam at the moment. I have a few bits of feedback that might help.
1. Game runs pretty well on normal settings, but there doesn't seem to be a Steam Deck friendly screen resolution option, it just seems to be desktop resolutions, so a 1200x800 option would be great for Deck players.
2. Handling wise, it's got quite a nice slidey feel which is good for loose surface driving. If you could get a bit more of a feel of lift off oversteer into the handling, so as you lift off the throttle the nose turns in I think it would greatly improve the game, and give it a real Colin McRae Rally/Sega Rally feel. It doesn't need to be full on sim handling, but just a hint of weight transfer is what made those games magical.
3. Framerate drops significantly with any AI visible on track, feels like they are taking up too many cpu resources. As soon as they are out of sight, framerate improves.
4. I really like the wider tracks. Yeah real rallies have narrow tracks, but the secret of an arcade racer is easy to play, hard to master, so the wider tracks make this possible. I hope there might be some new locations added in future.

Overall I like the game and I think it has great potential, and a game like this is just perfect for Steam Deck. Loading times are quick and it doesn't take up much disk space, so it's a great pick up and play racer. Game deserves to do well and I'd recommend it for Steam Deck players.

Thanks for purchasing the game :)

1. At the moment the game runs at a 16:9 ratio, we will try to adapt the resolution to other panoramic screens

2. The handling of the cars varies greatly from FWD, RWD and AWD cars and their respective R versions. Each surface, dirt, asphalt, snow and weather condition (dry or wet) affect the driving. In the game, you will be able to better see the differences between cars, with physics somewhere between arcade and simulation.

3. Let's check those frame drops that you mention to have a better experience. At the moment it has been tested well on PCs of different powers and the result is quite good.

4. We are polishing specific errors that appear, but we do not rule out the incorporation of new circuits and locations.

Thank you for your patience

Could I bug you to expose UDP Telemetry for the vehicle for use with motion rigs? Yaw , Pitch and Roll would be enough

Is there any way we can get the lights on the cars to be brighter? I have my PC hooked up to the TV in the lounge and some night races I just can't make anything out on.!

Hello,
We are working on adding more visibility on some stages, specially the ones you race at night with bad weather conditions.
Hope this will help your visibility while taking closed turns.

It actually adds to the challenge but I can also understand fuddbutter. xD

I should have also said, it's not too bad at night, its more daytime when there is too much ambient light, the TV is pretty bright but just not enough with some of the darker levels!

We rolled an update tweaking visibility for some of the more obtuse timings (night & rain, night & fog).
