Black screeen multiplayer

hi, I have a problem with multiplayer, when I log in to it, I have a black screen, while the whole game works fine, only the multiplayer is like this. when starting the multiplayer, the screen is black, but I can hear music and I see a custom mouse in the screen, but everything is black, please help!
