using something like nerf bullets of corse and without it shooting too hard but reliably and maybe some sunglasses style eye protection so the person getting possibly shot doesn't have to flinch as hard. i just think it would be cool to have the whole setup in real life with some friends just like a night playing card games but instead a realistic toy shotgun with items to make it interesting and maybe even a little scoreboard system that controls the whole game to make cheating harder to be possible. idk just an idea for the creator of the game cuz if this existed id buy it as long as it wasn't too expensive.
