The Burner Phone Trading Card Has A Message?

Noticed when zooming in on the burner phone trading card that it had a binary message, I think it translates into 2 Chronicles 26:15 although I could be wrong, because I absolutely did not ready the numbers perfectly, but that was the closest thing I got. Any ideas or thoughts about this?

I Checked your work and I got the same. I looked up the passage in the bible

"And he made in Jerusalem engines, invented by cunning men, to be on the towers and upon the bulwarks, to shoot arrows and great stones withal. And his name spread far abroad; for he was marvellously helped, till he was strong."

I don't know what it could mean but we got the same thing so at least it's provable real

It sounds like it's referring to turrets and catapults, so maybe it's a parallel to the shotgun that's used in the game?

Thats what I was thinking but I want to believe it's more then that. Like I wanna be on the brisk of a huge ARG but you're probably right
