How to cash out?

I left after winning the first round in Double or Nothing but nothing happened, I'm trying to get the Nope! Achievement and 140K (I also don't know how to double/lose earnings HELP

Also can you turn off the music only and not the sounds itself? Thanks

After you win 3 rounds you get an option to cash out.

Did you play the first 3 rounds in the match and see the score counter go up before clicking the "No" button to then open a briefcase and all? Or did you just exit the game after killing the Dealer once?

you must choose “x” when given the option to double or nothing, then open the briefcase and go to end screen. to get 140k accept the first double or nothing offer with the check mark button, then win (so 6 rounds total), and when prompted hit x again to cash out.
