I mean, you must put every item in the spaces and use them or just put them in the spaces?
Or just use every item in one round?
I didn't get how it works

This achievement is from "Double or Nothing" mode. You must use every single item in one round. If you use one of dealer's items via Adrenaline, it counts for the achievement.

ok but i must place them in the table's spaces? I mean, i must use them all at once, in one round, or i can use them when i have them?
Because i saw some people that have them all placed in the table so i'm confused

Is it bugged? I've kept track of my items used and I swear I used every item type at least once in a single round. I try for it on rounds with 4 lives; sometimes I get a few load outs with only 2 and 3 shells so I get lots of items.

Just in case: you need to use all 9 different items (meaning, you'll need to steal at least one from The Dealer). If you did that, and the achievement didn't unlock, we might need to check if there's a bug after all.

no, i don't get HOW must you use the items, i mean, do you simply have to use them once, or you must place them on the square on the table without using them and then using them all at once...i don't get how it works
plus i have also some crashes randomly

You'll still have to put them all on the table to use them, though. But "using" items is what counts in the end.
You don't need to have 8 different items on your side if you have enough adrenalines to steal the items you need from the Dealer, but this achievement may still take a while.

same i'm trying with rounds with 4 lives too, if you must just use them at least once i think it's bugged
also, must you use medicines/cigarettes only when you're in need or even if you have full lives?

ok i use at least once every item, tried to use one only stealing with adrenaline...i don't know, or the achievement is bugged, or i didn't understand how it works...

i was told by other users that i must use all items just once, is this true?
I mean, i can't use an item more than once? I must collect all the items plus the one i have to steal from the dealer and that i don't have...according to other people, this would explains why i can't get this achievement even if i used all the items at least once

This achievement must be during the "Double or Nothing" mode, and you need to play one of each item type (9 in total) in one turn, not a single round (as far as I understand it). So during your turn when you can play items before choosing who to shoot is when you have to play 9 different items. This requires you to have at least 1 adrenaline to steal an item you don't have from the dealer as you can only hold a max of 8.

When I got the achievement, I had 2 adrenaline, a burner phone, inverter, expired medicine, cigarette package, handcuffs, and magnifying glass. The dealer fortunately had the hand saw and beer, so I used my 2 adrenaline to steal and use those items, thus I used all 9 item types in one turn and received the achievement.

Harry, you need to emphasize that you need to use 9 items different from each other in the game. I thought I needed to use just all 8 I have on the table and it doesn't matter what items those are
