Issue with languages.

Here is what I sent to developer bu request of a friend.

Dear Support, my friend on Steam asked to write you about an issue with "The Secret Of Hildegards" on Steam. When selecting a language other than English, it downloads an empty language folder. She supposes, that the problem is with the permissions for the subscription: the game is appid 283470,, its manifests are 283471 - 283477 and its subscription is subid 39056,. But for some reason this sub allows to download only manifest 283471). (English language). Please, check this out.

Developers just wrote, that the issue was fixed. Can someone confirm? Since I do not own the game...
