all needs 70%

i have trouble to get that Fullfilment quest for almost any of my ppl.

i have doubled all the things they need, i have expanded their zone.
They have 150% effiency and all of the things are green...but always one or the other is not green enough..
I sit and stare and watch to get the right moment to press complete.

That can not be the thing for an idle game?

Pls make the "Complete" button usable once the 70% are reached the first time..even if i am not watching at that very moment...

They do make the complete button available once all of them are reached at the same time. You don't have to be watching.

Easiest way to get it though is to micro manage them for 5 minutes. Turn off their job, and drag them to the lowest need till its complete then on to the next.

This is honestly not that difficult of a fulfillment to get.

Disable work and drag and drop them to items that meet their needs in their own zone. I was having difficulty with this too, but now I have completed that quest for all characters and it took about 10 minutes.

i have disabled the work...and i drag them to the loo or bath..but they dont use it!
and its in their zone...all the map is their zone....:( no they just dont do it...and no its not 5 minutes...i watch them 10 minutes now and he does not poop...no matter what i do...i am frustrated right now :(

If you have multiple people, I don't think they can all share the same zone ("all the map is their zone"). Have you tried giving everyone their own zone, and then do the disable work and drag&drop thing?

I have seen that its the easiest to do this early on.
The least attraction they have the faster you get them to >70%.
I have sold the gym, the music room and other things and then what didnt worked in 1 hour while removing worktime, worked after selling those.
