Career Leveling
I chose the writer career and to level up he needs 10 creative, where he has 8. I bought an easel but for the life of me i can not get him to use it. Is this a bug? Any help is appreciated!

You can't level up creative with another job the person doesn't have (easel is for painter). Just place items in their zone that add to creative.

Oh ok. I sorted by creative and the easel is the only thing i have unlocked so far. How do you unlock the rest?

Did you look under the other 2 tabs of items you have? There are at least 3 sections, each could have items that increase creative.
