I think with how... let's say... "defensive"... Tracy is about Lisa and you showing Lisa any level of attention just from a character POV Tracy wouldn't be down for that at all as the characters are written currently. The authors would have to write a pretty large arc showing Tracy's attitude change. Similar to how they wrote several sub plots of having Tracy go from don't make out in front of others to wanting to be in a swingers life with other men.
