How to raise level?

I am getting the relationship up to around 300 but Lisa and Tracy are both stuck at lvl 2. No idea how to increase it.

As the relationship rises... at some point to raise relationship even higher and that would be level 3...You must do certain quests...The quests are located at the right top corner by clicking on character names, there is a quest panel of each character you see...

For example when you click on Justin name you will be presented with quest panel what Justin has to do and what sort of quests he must do...The same goes for Tracy, Lisa, and all other characters just click on their names and it will show you what you must doo. And by completing tasks one by one, the relationship will raise itself up

Here's a tip...If you want to raise relationship with Tracy on Lvl-3..try focusing and finishing the whole quest -Naughty night in Vegas-
