Should Play First Chapter before buy this Version?

thats up to you, but since this is continues the story of the first chapter i do recommend playing the first chapter so you know whats going on overall and know the characters better

The developer basically tells us to play the first when starting this game, which I found to be a little aggressive. A recap would be nice, but I guess you could just watch the story on YT.

i have the first game, does my save continue to the second game or do i start from the beginning?

Playing the First would help you understand the story line as the game Developed. it has some great scene's in it and you might understand more about individual character's.
But playing it is up to you. I played it several times however be it known it has issues with steam achievements. Sorry for the late reply to your post. I have been playing another Game.
