Increasing Fleet Size Through Unity
Since this game is made in unity I was wondering of anyone has figured out how to increase the number of ships available to you in most senarios.

AFAIK, That's not how it works.

How so, I already have figured out how to change the fire rates and damge of the weapons, and change how quite a few of the perks work. I would think that somehow force spawning additional craft in certian senarios would not be that hard.

Wot. Can you explain the process of editing the game through Unity?

more or less it was just me screwing around with the files with unity 5.6.3p1, you have to download the unity engine as a standalone thing and you can de-complile the files present withing the game's cashe. I should note that 90% of the time I was just scrolling through walls of code until I found something interesting and edited it.

Damn. I just kinda assumed that you couldn't simply decompile a build. This changes a lot. Thanks!

I probably should not have said "decompiled" as you cant do that with the unity editor itself. What I did was use ILspy and a few other programs that can rip assets / data from the compiled files and tweaked them from there.

I wish I could just decompile the asset files and edit them via the editor, but it is not possible currently.

Just please make a tutorial on how to do so, I would love to change things up a bit for giggles.

well, dont you basically want to play the mission that runs in the background during the Menu screen? for the beginning wouldnt it be easier to try to gain acces to that as a mission, rather than trying to construct your own one?
If the Devs still alive, they should give somethings free from the code - if they are not so clever to use this game and engine further to make another game out of it - to community to make a workshop and maybe some more scenarios...

If I were the dev, i would use the engine to start a MOONBREAKER-Version to bind people and then use it to make a space rpg-strategy and redevelope some good old game on it and bind people.

There are still not enough clean engines like this one.
