beat the flea boss in the skull dungeon, then take the key back up and to the left to meet the magician who teaches it to you.

where is the flea boss and the scull doungon

walk up the hill on Mahou island and go to the left, it's a big skull with flaming eyes on the map. Inside is the dungeon... at the end is the flea boss... look around a bit... EXPLORE... there's a whole lot of stuff to complete on the Mahou map before you can leave.

but only i cant open a big ice wall after

backtrack to get the fire spell, that will break the ice... (it's the same spell you need to light the lighthouse)

where do i backtrack

EXPLORE the whole dungeon! There's a room you're missing back up the elevator and to the left! Go to the x in the map below. The | is the elevator
