How do I free the phoenixes?

So I got to the top of the phoenix tower and defeated the guardian up there. Now how do I free the phoenixes?

You need to get the key from Jorge the drunk guy by waking him up with the mixture of ork blood and wombat blood using his flask (on the shelf in his house)
