What software used to create this game ? And blue phoenix guard

Hello,
I just saw I video where you create the Phoenix stage and what to ask you want software do you use to create this awesome game ?
BTW I killed the blue gard but don't find more how to unlock the phoenix can you help me ?

It's all made using Adobe Flash/AIR!

You need to get the key from the drunk guy by waking him up.

1. Get Flask in drunk guy's house (on the shelf)
2. Defeat yellow Ork to get yellow blood.
3. Defeat blue wombat to get blue blood (and mix them to get green)
4. Use green mixture on the drunk guy to wake him up (he gives you a key as a reward)
5. Use key in Phoenix temple to free Phoenixes!
