I have no idea why I enjoy this

Yet another cute Flash game in spirit, chockful of Newgrounds-era quirkiness, simplicity and then some. As a result, both its strengths and weaknesses derive from the game being as such, but seeing as that takes ~2 hrs per playthrough, anything holding this game down isn't too much of a deal-breaker.

+ Astonishingly snappy pacing in simple controls and absolutely no in-between fluff
+ Cosmetics act as satisfying incentive to level-ups

- Flat combat leads to occasional one-sidedness in difficulty
- Lack of maps in dungeons
