Is Suba Games support still alive?

no idea. I'm a little worried. just bought 20,000 SP from main sight and there not showing up in my lucent heart item mall. I've gotten items from the mall a few years ago I don't remember having to wait this long for them. any ideas?

Okay, sorry, couldn't resist, I'll stop teasing now. So, seriously, guys, this game is obviously dead and neglected so you may unfortunately just be out of luck. I've signed in once 2 days ago to check the state of the game out (I've only ever played LH for a little bit many years ago) and the game seems to be standing on its last legs, with no updates anymore, nor any active GMs and what not. A real shame, because the game definitely had more potential than was used, and has a dedicated couple of players.

The player-base itself is even organising a rebirth event so they can blow new life into the game for themselves to enjoy which should be enough to tell you how neglected by the publisher and developers it is. It's sweet and amazing how dedicated some players are, but it is also sad because in the long run the inevitable will happen. It's always sad to see a game that people love, go.

I hope everyone who loves and enjoys this game, can find another MMORPG to sink their teeth in when the time comes, and that they will be able to enjoy. You could always consider playing LH on a private server, if any. Fortunately, those are a thing, but that'd be at your own discretion though.

After all, the rules of conduct, state, under rule 30: You will not attempt to play Lucent Heart on any server that is not authorized by Suba Games and/or Wicked Interactive Ltd. Private servers are strictly illegal and are unsupported by Suba Games and/or Wicked Interactive Ltd.

However, when they can't even provide paying customers with the support they deserve, or even send them the SP they've paid for, basically stealing from them, I don't think we are the ones to have to worry about what is legal and what isn't any longer at that point. I hope you've still received them by now, Angel, but if not, you could always go and retract the payment I suppose.
