Trying to start the game and no worlds show up in the World Server window.

At the beginning, i levelled up but still got a quest to kill 3 enemy guys, going through the assign stats it has the kill 3 enemy tooltip showing over the Accept button for stat assignment, cant get off that screen so I cant accept the assigned stat points. because the tutorial is telling me to click the stats button but its not allowing me to do so. WTF IS THIS !!??...

is this version is dead?or will work again?
