About the system requirements
I don't game much on pc, so I have crappy integrated graphics (intel hd 4600). Are the system requirements for this actually that steep? I meet the opengl, dx, and shader model requirements.

"Additional Notes: May not work properly with Windows 7 and 8 (32bit) version. On-board graphics card are not recommend. Highly recommend to have an independent graphics card." Doesn't really say.

Sorry to ruins your hope, but having same directx or shader model doesn't mean you will have same performance. It still depends on the core speed, memory and shader unit. I don't think integrated graphic card is meant for gaming. It will run some good games at low resolution, but only as far as that. Get a dedicated video card instead.

I gamed on a worse laptop before I built my PC. I was able to play The Witcher 2 with no problems after turning off the bloom effect. I played through all of Tomb Raider despite low frame rates at certain points. Judging by the screen shots, this game doesn't look like it would be very intensive. I'd have given it a go with the expectation of the game at least being playable at some level, possibly even without very noticeable problems at all.

Edit: The 1 gig of video memory could be a problem if the game really requires it and your laptop only has 4 gigs of RAM to begin with.

This this be the port that they are trying to release for the PS4?

Dude that is NIS(A). They are making a HD collection, not IF. Idea Factory/Compile Heart is making HDN VII, with 3 dimensions. IF split from NIS(A) because of their actions, so they started their own starter company as international. The HD collection will have HDN, MK2, and Victory.

As for TC, the Haswell 4xxx IGP can play a number of games, so you may have luck with Re;Birth 1. I have only played Mass Effect & Borderlands 2 with a 4400, so I don't know whether the 4600 can play this game.

Um...who's making a HD collection again? And I don't think IF necessarily split from NISA, just N1 proper.

I doubt it's going to be even an HD remake. It's probably going to be a straight-up 1:1 port to PS4, along with all the DLC. Compile Heart isn't going to waste time on prettying up inferior versions of games translated by a company they parted ways from because of horrible treatment

NISA doesn't have the rights to anything after Neptunia PP, so they're just milking the IPs that they already have

You will need a Graphics card ( A Dedicated Graphics card )

On the other hand I have played games on Intel HD 3000 without issues but you would probly need To Lower REsolution to aroudn 720p or lower and lower graphic settings also it does not mean the game will work it will most likely Crash right when you open it but with this game unlike games like Battlefield 4 , The evil within , Tomb Raider , Thief

I think it may run it * Barely

Dont expect Fps higher then 30 infact expect it to be below 30

You can get above 30 fps in games but not at 1080p oh no

Technically you may say you dont meet the requirements because fo the additional notes

" May not work properly with Windows 7 and 8 (32bit) version. On-board graphics card are not recommend."

Still that doesnt mean that its impossible for it to not work but you would be better of with a dedicated graphics card

It will probably run the game, but you'll have to set the resolution to 720p.

The x64 requirement seems like the most restrictive aspect of what's listed. (That's actually sort of stupid of them.) As for your integrated chipset... Let's see...

That's actually pretty bad for gaming. You may end up with something like 5 frames per second, if it even allows you to start the game.

You can drop about 130 USD and get a half-decent card from NewEgg. It's a lot of money, but it will free up the RAM that's being used by your onboard chipset and drastically improve your graphics performance (including aero). It's also a lot cheaper than a console.

It's not really that restrictive, any modern CPU is going to support 64 bit.

Yes. But only if that modern 64-bit CPU is backed by a modern 64-bit OS.

There are a lot of less tech-savvy PC owners out there that got suckered into a 32-bit Windows Vista or Windows 7. Or ($deity$ have mercy on the security of their system) users that continue to run 32-bit XP...

It will probly not run " May not work properly with Windows 7 and 8 (32bit) version. On-board graphics card are not recommend."

You would need a dedicated graphics card

is it does you will probly get below 30 fps on highest graphic settings

You can try Lowering Graphics around 720p and below resolutions and graphics settings if possible to even run the game

At the moment it is best to hear feedback from someone with Intel HD to have actually played the game because it hasnt been confirmed if Intel HD would run the game infact the requirements is to not use onboard graphics like intel HD

Actually, your system is powerful enough to run modern games at medium to high setting (depends on your desktop resolution). Your integrated graphic is the major bottleneck. Even old 9800GT will boost your gaming.
