English Dub full voiced?

Or did Idea Factory do like Nisa did and skimp out on most of the voice acting?
If they did, I'll be sticking to it's original audio, although I really like the dub voices.

The language chart says full audio in either Japanese or English, so job done.

The UI itself is only in English though, so purely Japanese customers will be a bit out of luck.

The game has dual audio but the english dub is not fully voiced. The only games I even expect full dubs from are Tales games... >.<

That is actually incorrect.
Re;Birth is a remake of the first Neptunia game which was basically fully voiced, every game after that was 20%.

Rebirth wasn't fully voiced, since it's the port of the vita version. It has a lot of voiced scenes, but not close to fully voiced.
