How to get the Plan for unlocking Nepgear?

I already played the first story, there i got Uni (Sis of Noire). Now i´m in my 2nd story (last chapter) with 50% shares on Planeptune but i dont got the plan for unlocking Nepgear.

I would be happy if you can help me ^~^

The plan shows up in the Chirper at I think around chapter 7 or so. You need only 30% to unlock that, 50% and the items to activate her. On the up side once you get her or any of the other Candidates they stay with you even at the beginning of a NG+ as well.

Also, in case you didn't know, you can get all the plans in one playthrough, you just won't be able to make them all.

Indeed, since the 3 Candidate Plans involve having over 1024MB per each plan which you could make 2 of the 3 on your first playthough, or all 3 on your second on.

So i only can get the plan while chapter 7 when the cpu´s are splitting to defeat the fakes?

You're going to need items that can only be found when you get the items and activate for the Add Monsters plans for those 3 areas.

i didn´t knew that i needed the boss item to get the plan from an overworld npc

You don't need the boss item to get the plan. I didn't have any of those and I got them all.
Though I was on my first walkthrough.

i was in chapter 8 but you can get it in 7 too
