but yes many of the links are broken and most of the models aren't rigged. thats going to be up to you.
I DO see tons of people showing off pmd models on DeviantArt without even sharing the files. I DO see some that are rips and not rigged, but those are from V, not the steam release.
I just find it very strange that despite Neptunia's large and enthusiastic fanbase, nobody did this yet. I mean they even have skyrim and LFD mods, but still no good mmd rigs? That's just weird when mmd is pretty much the same exact userbase.
Also most of Neptunia's followers would be from the PS versions, while it has sold well on steam I have a suspicion most Steam uses haven't even beaten the game, or even gotten half way(which is typical of course).
