Just play the game the anime is not really that good.

Personal opinions;
Most jokes are - unfunny, the character interactions at worst are 180 from original game characters. The anime teaser told blatantly that "this is not adaption of first game, not mk2, not Victory this is completely it's own thing" and then it proceeds to make 12ep anime titled "HDN mk2+Victory; ABRIDGED" - and it is really meh overall.
Heck the most important thing is how bad the anime artstyle looks compared to original illustrations. Breasts are way too highlighted and animated for the most stupidest reasons.

I dunno. After seeing six episodes I was sure they could as well make Dead or Alive Beach volleyball the Anime and that would have potential to be better.

By the way I can recommend this anime . The anime has lovely characters and is super funny ;) (of course this is only my personal opinion)
