How can i read/listen previous dialogues?

You can read previous dialogs. On my gamepad it's the Y button during conversations.

I would make a new save, reload the old one, and listen to it from there.

The menu button brings up dialog log during conversations, start (on my controller) brings up config during dialogue, I use this often to change to Japanese when there is no English dub. I'm not sure if the game keeps the dialog log after it is over, or if it resets after each. Otherwise, you either have to keep multiple saves or listen to it again in NG+.

My guess is that you can't, after all its not a pure VN, at least not after you left the dialogue and moved to some other area.
There are plenty or save slots so just use them.

And those dialogues are possible to listen to if you click A on gamepad after selecting it.

I usually rewrite saves when playing VNs, at least until I get to a choice split, since I usually test both/all of the choices then, I've not gotten any of those on this game (and expect them to make fun of it at least once during the game), so I only have 2 saves right now.

Well, need to wait when some letsplayer beat Killachine mk.2 and check there, i guess T___T
