MSVCP110.dll File is missing

I am having a problem with this file, can any one give me tips on how to deal with missing .dll files

I had that problem. I downloaded Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 off microsoft both x86 and 64bit and it work on my side.

Make sure to download the x86 version.
