About the item Energy Pack and Kinest Range

So for unlocking kinest range i need energy pack but that item can only be found on that dungeon. What am i missing? Is there other way to getting the energy pack?

The Energy Pack is required to unlock Super Enemies in the dungeon. To unlock Kinest Range you need 3 Sharp Fangs, 3 Strong Woods, 2 Blue Seeds and 1 Hard Cover.
