True ending + Secret characters.

What are the share requirements for each land in order to get the true ending. Also what are the % required for the secret characters to appear?

So in theory i can craft Nepgear and Umi and then spread out the shares again to 20-25% to get the true ending? How do Ram and Rom work? Do they count as one character?

Get 50 % of the shares.
50% of Lowee -> Rom and Ram. They are two characters unlocked with the same plan
50% of Lastation -> Uni
50% of Planeptune -> Nepgear
you can`t unlock a character from Leanbox. If you get 30% Leanbox, Vert will post a new blog entry
After you've unlocked everything, make sure the 'Others' Shares are at 0% and the rest around 25% then you can get to the true ending.

Do plans carry over NG+? So i could just get all of the plans get 2 then carry on to NG+?
