What the hell does Compa mean
When she keeps yelling Desu Desu, is it implying she's a weeabo:compa::compa:

Desu is simply "Sorry" in Japanese
While you can also end sentences with desu, which is then some kind of backholding way of speaking or some ♥♥♥♥ like that.

Ok I look it up and even saw a youtube video, there is no real english translation, it's closet would be I am. But it is used in polite conversation to end sentences. It also has been used in the west to kind of poke fun of weeabos. Weather the intention is that compa is overley polite yelling it while she's beating the creap out of enemies, or that she is an idiot weeb can be left up to interpertation.

It's just her way of speaking, don't think too much about it... like using "yo" to end sentences, yo.

Played the game in japanese, so i have no idea how they translated this quirk in the english dub, but yeah its her speech quirk to show her overly polite/extremely caring/extremely insecure kind of way.

desu means to be.

..and the dub retains one usuage as a canned bit of speech she occasionally says when jumping in a dungeon.

It's likely just an inside joke.
