Replace Plutia with Histy, then Replace Noire with Blanc. Use Neptune and Blanc's EXE attacks to constantly delay the enemies turns.

If that fails just grind a few more levels... Literally one level can make all the difference, and it's not exactly hard to level. My team was like level 120-130 before I faced Arfoire, and needless to say it was a walk in the park lol...

i did it with tekken, blanc and neptunia. tekken can charge quicker your EXE bar while blanc and pentunia has the chance to delay the enemys turn (i did this around 75-80 lvl uning CDs with passives based on charge EXE and stuff) honestly it worked pretty well
