Where are Plans for Naasne Volcano: Add Enemies?

So Im at Ch 8. trying to get Rom & Ram (Already have Nepgear) and have Lowees shares at 50% so I've worked out:

-Birth of Rom & Ram Plan (Requires Small Whale Ball)
- Small whale ball (Need M-Frontier Cave:Add Enemies)
- M-Frontier Cave: Add enemies (Requires Megaton Shell)
- Megaton Shell (At Millenium Labyrinth)
-Millenium Labyrith (Requires Magical Reactor 3)
- Magical Reactor 3 (Requires Naasne Volcano:Add Enemies)
-Naasne Volcano: Add Enemies (???)

I Know you can get 2/3 Canidate Unlocks in a single Playthrough so I was planning on getting Nepgear and Rom&Ram in Playthough 1 ( Normal ending) and then get Uni in 2nd Playthough (True ending) but I don't know where the plans for Naasne Volcano:Add Enemies are.
