Stuck in loading screen at first start

I have problem with stuck on loading screen at first time start. I try reinstall dan install again but still same. i already have this game like 1 years or 2 years ago and all work fine before. But now i want play this game.. Just stuck in loading screen at first start. This only problem on Rebirth 1, on rebirth 2, 3 or hyperdimensions VII or 4 goddness Neptunia never get any problem.

My Notebook Spec:
Processor: intel i7 4720HQ 2,6 ghz - 3,6 ghz
Ram: 8 gb + 4 gb (12 gb)
GPU: GT940m (2 gb)
Screen Resolution: 1366x720 60fps

Can anyone help me to fix this?

Repair ALL of your installed Microsoft Visual C++ (DO NOT UNINSTALL THEM! Only choose change/repair where possible). And now i am able to play this game. Wish you good luck!

Already fixed now. After update 23 jan, work normal now :)
