Fake purple heart is nigh on impossible
They just spam healing while also being able to attack
also did I mention that it's somehow more powerful than momus itself, seems off to me
Edit: nevermind I managed to just spam EXE attacks from the very start and win

Well, she is unexpectedly tough. But by this moment you should know the drill: can't beat the boss => go grind.
Plutia also does very unpleasant things with fake purple, if you have the dlc

First off, no I don't have the DLC but thanks anyway
Also according to my grinding guide (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=383670073), I shouldn't have to grind at this point and even if I tried I couldn't as mechtro factory doesn't produce enough EXP anymore
Maybe repeat coliseum battles to also raise my shares at the same time?

Since you don't have DLC I'm assuming you're referring to the Chapter 7 battles? If so, do the standard strategy against enemies that heal at low health: get them to a bit above half HP while building your EXEs and getting them close to break status, then buff up, break her, and spam your EXEs while in up-to-date gear to manage her. Keep in mind Neptune's EXE delays enemy turns so using her to get that additional bit of damage in is handy if you can't quite manage to drop fake Purple Heart's HP fast enough otherwise.

If you're having issues staying alive while in up-to-date equipment, stick some Gradual HP recovery and Physical defense idea chips on a disc in Disc Development and equip those too for extra heals and resistance to her attacks. By having your party members equipped with those you'll have a much easier time just tanking her in general if that's the main source of your problems getting in your own attacks.

this enemy is just healing even at full health (but thanks for the tip anyway)

Oh. Are you having issues with her passive regen? A lot of the stronger enemies start doing that to ensure you can't just stay on the defensive throughout the fight.

If you haven't already done so, try and grab the Fairy Fencer equipment via the Colosseum's introductory battle with Polytans as it will provide a massive boost for Neptune. Outside of that, the above tips for minimizing the damage you take from her so you can spend more time attacking to overcome her regen apply. If anything, don't forget to check through your plans to try and get newer weapons and armors for use.

Ok so after another try I've realised the issue, you litteraly can't do any kind of damage as the enemy will heal it immediately after

If you've been keeping up with your chirpers, in Chapter 5, you should have received an "Unlock Colosseum" plan that requires about 500ish MB to activate. Once you've used that plan, an optional event will appear in Planeptune (Note: You'll want to save before doing this as a loss here counts as a game over) where you battle four Polytans (they basically only use lightning attacks, so if you use lightning elemental resist gear you should manage them without issue) and get an extremely large chunk of EXP and Credits as a reward. Additionally, you'll be given the Fairize processor parts and most importantly for you, the Fury sword that has a whopping 2550 str making it the most powerful weapon in the game for Neptune without paid DLC. With that attack, you should have zero issues whatsoever dealing with the regen fake Purple Heart has.

That all aside, though, if her Regen is outpacing your damage by that extreme a degree, it does sound like you're either underleveled or undergeared for the battle. Dealing with the Polytans as mentioned above since you have Colosseum unlocked will help you on both ends as it grants far more EXP than the Mechto Factory fight and a nice chunk of credits as well for buying yourself better equipment if that's what you're behind on.

It's from free dlc. Note, that even if you install and activate it now, it may not work for ongoing playthrough (I'm not sure though)

Should be able to go fine since the only requirement it has is for the Colosseum to be unlocked.
