Sega doesn't make hardware anymore so it wouldn't make sense that a "7th" gen console from them would even exist so they took a cancelled one and a fictitious version if it.
Don't forget about Neptune's "32-bit Mega Blade" which is also a huge hint and Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls which pretty much confirms what Neptune actually represents.
Neptune has 32-bit Mega Blade in both games.... and in case you're wondering Nepgear represents Game Gear (which is obvious).
There's a PC Contitent located in the Ultradimension (Victory/Re;Birth3) and that's about it for PC.
Oh and there's Steamax too (Megadimension VII) who DOESN'T represent Steam.
You need 3 playthroughs to unlock everything although you can make use of your MBs with only 1 playthrough and 2nd for the CPU Candidates.
What do you mean? It doesn't take that long to beat the game.
It's only time consuming if you're going for 100% achievements. I'm also surprised you got past Black Heart without ragequitting like a b****.
Oh.... well at least you didn't give up the series forever after losing LOL.
If you're having trouble, make sure to have the EXP Up, Super EXE, and Break Damage plans activated, any party member with the "Gained EXP" skill paired with your main party and game discs that boost the EXE Drive Gauge further.
Or you can partially break the game by using Neptune's "Neptune Break" and Blanc's "Hard Break" while using Vert or Noire to debuff foes.
