Save file or cheat?

I have yet to find what I'm looking for but to sum it up I'm looking to have all costumes and playable characters at the beginning of a new game or newgame+ I have tried some save files and the have all I need however the players levels are 999 yikes! I have not played the game and I would like to start with all costumes and playable characters. I have looked into cheat engine and game trainers but can't find anything to lower the levels ? Any suggestions? Thank you

That is what I found. Being that I want all the costumes and playable characters at the beginning of the game I guess the closest I can get is start a new game and use cheat engine to get all the costumes however I don't see a way to place the playable characters in the game, sure I can use someone's save file at chapter 8 and start a new game+ but this doesn't get around the level 99 players :/

or...... just have some fun until you reach level 99 and then assume that save file to become the so-called real goddesses level 999.

OH WOW I didn't realize each player had so many costumes!!! I'm only wanting a 1 or 2 of almost all the players. I see that you need plans to make them but what's the use if you don't have he players yet in the game lol. Especially since some are what more than halfway through the game?

I guess fairy fencer has spoiled me on the versatility of a new game+ :/

OK so long story players levels cannot be lowered by any known mod or cheat, also players that come along later in the game are not earlier obtainable with any mod or cheat???

Honestly cause I would like to play the game with additional players and a few of their outfits without having to play it over again. If you played fairy fencer it's the same situation you can't use or obtain certain characters till after beating the game or get them later in the game. This game I'm not sure about but with fairy fencer it's not worth a second play through with additional characters and costumes not to mention the the level they start at doesn't match your current set of players. The story lines are different in fairy fencer but the game play is almost entirely identical.

O.o a bit much on the explanation but ehhh that's why just want to start with those additional players and have a few different outfits without having to play it over again.

You can't have all playable characters from the start of the game unlike Megadimension VII. Using the 100% save file is stupid and pointless as you'll have NOTHING to do in the game and it won't even provide a challenge since everything can be one shotted and your chances of taking damage is 0% unless you want to do the Lv. 900 Colosseum Battle for fun (You already have Ultimate weapons so why bother)

This is about as silly as people who pay money to progress on Facebook games, paying to get to the next level for some simple self gratification. If you dislike the game that much to not want to earn characters and their subsequent rewards then there's literally no point playing.

Plus at the start of the game, additional characters aren't even a requirement to progress lol.

Either play the game or get the 100% save file and go somewhere else, the whole point of the additional characters is to give reward for those that stuck in and completed the game; I'm sure that's not a hard concept to grasp.
