Should I go for true ending or normal ending for the first playthrough?

I looking unlock all the achievements and right now I just completed chapter 3 and before continuing I wish to know what do you recommend for the first playthrough. Is better go for the true ending or the regular ending?

What I have in mind is keep playing until chapter 8, then when I reach that point should I have 20% (or more) of share in each land and get the first item to unlock each of the CPU Candidates. With that I complete the route for the true ending and should get it.

For the second playthrough what I'm thinking is complete the requirements to unlock each of the CPU Candidates, shouldn't be a problem since I have the first item required, all I what I need is have 50% of share in the specific land. Unlock one character and then move to other and so on. Finally, I will keep playing to obtain the regular ending.

This is possible? Obtain the first item to unlock the CPU Candidates and follow to the second playthrough? By the way, is there other alternatives to move the shares besides the quests?

Both. The CPU Candidates shouldn't be a problem as long as you got all their plans and the required items on your 1st playthrough. Quests and Colosseum Battles change shares
