Watching the Anime after this?

Hello guys, i really want to watch the anime, but i havent played rebirth 2 and 3 yet, but i saw a few scenes from the anime and found them really funny. My question is, what would you recommend, should i watch it just after i played the one game? And if yes, are there any spoilers to Rebirth 2 and 3?

The entire Hyperdimension Neptunia: The Animation is a huge spoiler to Re;Birth2 and 3, since it's directly based on those games' plots (with a few additions) - specifically, the true endings.
Watch it later if you don't want spoilers.

If you want. The anime is just an alternate take on the plots of mk2/Re;Birth2 and Victory/Re;Birth3.

There's some spoilers here and there but not enough to ruin the gaming experience of the later titles since a couple of characters and key plot points are missing.

Well... I don't really remember how spoiler-heavy it is, since I watched it a few years ago.
But I recall finding a lot of similarities when I went to play Re;Birth2 afterwards - can't speak about the latter half since I still haven't started Re;Birth3.

Not really, but I don't mind spoilers, so your mileage may vary...
Besides, spoilers or not, I didn't find it as charming as Re;Birth1, I'm still at chapter 5 and it's been a grindfest for the last few bosses - I even resorted to the gamebreaking DLC weapon to make some fights faster (which is a practice I usually despise).

Well, in Rebirth2 is Linda, my favorite character, and shes in the anime too, so i dont know which one first

Just watch it. Rei Ryghts is the only true spoiler of the anime and even then it's an alternate take of the plot in the games since Neptune never ventures through the Ultradimension like in Victory/Re;Birth3 (Besides the OVA which takes place afterwards).

There's barely any spoilers for Re;Birth2 since The CPUs get captured at the beginning of the games anyways and they never fight that version of Arfoire but the Deity of Sin. The other 3 CFW members are also missing besides Trick who only appears in a single episode.

Well saw the first episode, i already read the wiki about the characters so i knew Uni, Nepgear, Ram and Rom. Found it really funny and i loved that the voice actors were the same (except for Iffy) Anyway, i think i watch it untill the end and then play the games. Ty all for your comments.
