So i took and abandoned his quest many times. After he was killed by Toothy first time i NEVER seen him again. And been more than 20 Scorched Anklave and 5 Mausoleum. That thing is gone.

What a BS, and what a BS this "invincible units".

It really wasteful of time to get Rat king to spawn "He's gone too when Toothy kill him maybe BUGS happen idk???" getting residue really not worth good effort for doing the quest. At least better just do the Scav "Bring her in quest"/ Euruskan "Rust in pieces" for that Big good amount of XP now

Man I wish Ratking were gone. I helped him fight a mech and accidentally splashed him with a grenade launcher. Sucker opens fire on me and all the scav merchants instantly hated my guts.

Just to ask the obvious question- you pray at the shrine before going to maps where he'll spawn, right? It's not a guarantee but does seem to increase the frequency.

Try Ashen mesa after doing "memento pt1" 2 times.

It always says that- for me after I do the 'praying' he turns up within 3 runs. You may just be having the worst RNG. He shows up on Ashen Mesa and Scorched Enclave semi-regularly for me (but maybe I'm getting all the good RNG).
