Scangers Medium Frame BUG ?

Can someone tell me what kind of bug is this ?

I finished gun runner rig quest BUT I DIDNT received it and now I am stuck with this "ITEM" which cannot be used....

Yeah it’s happened to me as well, I’m supposed to get a “Scavengers Medium Frame” from a mission and it gave me a slot that I cannot use with “Loren Ipsum”

For some reason it's giving everyone a Work-In-Progress rig that does not exist. Don't worry about it too much, the only difference between the rig you get in that quest and the rig you already have is a weapon bin. Save up for the Medium Equipment Gunrunner rig that you can buy when you get to 16 days of stored water. It's got two Large Open slots, a weapon bin, and more storage than the early rigs.

I also didn't get the gun-runner's rig for the first quest and also got hit by this bug and got the same thing. an un-usable "Scavanger's Medium Frame" with filler text "lorem ipsum".....i get it's a new game but i would have hoped at least most of the newbie quests would go smoothly...

btw i played the demo and got the gunrunner's rig just fine
