Where is Europan FOB in swamps?

I don't understand what i'm looking for. Quest says "terminal in FOB control room".
Only Tower in center of map looks like FOB.

I haven't explored the whole map but it could be along the water pipes, enter via Railway spawn, take a left over the rickety bridges and follow the path you'll come across the pipes on the right, jump and walk on them, and at the end there's a control room kind of thing, there's faction troops so beware, it could be around there somewhere but either way there's loot to pick in there

That was first place i checked, 4 times. That is not a control room.

It seems like it is (but maybe I'm mis-remembering), okay, well you know the pipe extraction? When you get there rather than extract go the other direction, when you get to the end jump and there's water (2 or 3) maybe it's further in to that area then

there is elevator on one side and long stairs on another
also i think cenral spawn is on top

Nah there's nothing I've currently found in the Injection Well (except water) but that area could contain it if the quest is active so I ain't definitely found what might be it yet,, and now I'm abandoning because I'm sick of losing expensive weapons and rigs to the b*llsh*t

Took more tries, but first assumption was correct, it was FOB. There is one lit console with code lock.
Pray to Rat King and pet dog.

btw there is "small" problem using pipes to get fast to console. Grabber lives in area around village.

as others have said the FOB control room is towards the top of the oil rig, theres stairs and an elevator that you can take. Once you get to the control room head straight forwards and you'll find the console.
