Burst Fire not functioning as Intended

As the Title states, Burst Fire, at least for the P90, fires 3 individual rounds, recoiling between each paused shot. The third and final shot fires about 5-6 Seconds after the initial Trigger Pull. And it locks you into the animation. So say you killed your target and need to be silent...well tough luck buddy you still have to shoot 2 more times.

Burst Fire is supposed to fire 2-4 Rounds(Depending on the Burst Limit of the Gun) at a single pull of the trigger in an Automatic fashion. However, that's not how the Burst Functions in here.
