Experiencing unusually slow download speeds

I wanted to check if anyone else was having an issue as well. From the looks of it, a lot of other people have been able to get in already. My current download speed is fluctuating between 800 Kb/s and 1.2 Mb/s which is a far cry from my usual ~25 Mb/s speed.

My first guess is that given it's launched literally an hour and a half ago, the developers had to throttle download speed, but the discussion posts don't really seem to have anyone else seeing the issue.

Task Manager says I'm using 100% network speed with Steam using 9.5 Mb/s, but I'm not running, downloading, or streaming anything through it. I've restarted steam and cleared my download cache with no luck, and I've also toggled my own throttle speed on and off without any luck.

Any ideas?

Dang. I grabbed it the minute it went live and I'm still looking at only 13%.

I might not get to play it at all today, but I'm sure I'll get some time in with it tomorrow at least.
