how to get gunrunner rig back

my base ran out of water and i lost everything but now i dont know how to get it back any ideas

I haven't had this issue yet, but I *think* you just have to work through the quests again like you did the first time.

not sure but if it ends up that u need to buy it back from the shop, iirc that requires having 16 water in reserve. so spam the tutorial to get water, or do raids/quests that rewards water and then u can talk to the guy with the rigs

You probably need to get back to 11 water to get the rig vendor back

There's only been time to lose 9 or 10 water at most since the EA release. If he ran out and reset already, he couldn't have had the rig vendor in the first place. He must have been playing supernewb, getting almost none while also doing barely any quests.

that's a good point, it's 16 water and a few hundred k. Doesn't add up that water could run out that fast and bundleton have been unlocked at the same time.
