Euraskans and Eurasians kinda friendly to each other?

I have noticed that Euraskans and Eurasians don't engage in combat most of the time, its like their AI prefers to look for Europans instead. Am I missing out something?

As such Europa forces are more likely to leave you alone than the agresssors.
