Sudden death by phantom cyborgs

After defeating a whole group of cyborgs (once unarmed walking types and the other with guns), I immediately died with no indicator what killed me, no name on the message, no stray shots coming my way or any nearby enemies to melee.

The first time was even in a corner-bunker, meaning the shot would have to come directly through the opening path, which further implies its a bug.

Happened to me twice within the last 24 hours on Scorched Enclave

Anybode else experienced this?

cyborg's behaving in the game is just so happy that one could fall under the terrain (do to game bug) and garbed you from under

was it coop or solo? Weve seen it more in coop lately. Europan drones have been really bad. Most of our experience has been on Ashen lately.

Both happened while running solo, once as Old Man and the other time as Bag Man, but there weren't any drones around.

Curious if mobs spawn, are active and can be aggro'd without being rendered into the visible area.
